HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU CONTEST!
Send us your birthday and you could win a set of Swoongie Shoes to play on your birthday! Send us your name, address, phone number, and email address (if you have one) along with your birthday MONTH & DAY. (Don't worry about year. But you must be at least 18 years old to enter and win.) One entry per person. DEADLINE: JULY 31, 2010.
From all entries received by that date, we will separate into seasons (spring, summer, fall & winter) and randomly draw ONE (1) winner from EACH of the four seasons (4 winners). Drawing to take place prior to September 2010. Winners will receive a set of Swoongie Shoes (value $33+) on or around their birthday (plan for up to one week earlier than the actual date). Winners will be notified by email (if available), phone, and/or postal mail. It will be winner's reponsibility to acknowledge the prize and arrange for delivery or pick-up. If the winner's birthday falls within three weeks of the drawing date, Swoongie, at its discretion, may opt to deliver the prize to the recipient on their birthday the following year (instead of that year), pending supply of prizes. Up to four prizes to be awarded. If winner(s) fail(s) to respond to the Birthday notification message seven (7) days after Swoongie has contacted the winning party/parties, winner(s) forfeit their prize(s). Winners' first and last names will also be featured on our website, along with the season of their birthday.

PHOTO CONTEST!
Play Swoongie Shoes? Send in your photo! Get some friends and family together and capture the moment on camera. Then, e-mail or snail mail us your picture of yourself and/or others playing the game. Send it by e-mail or regular mail, subject "Photo Contest." Send as many photos as you'd like, but each must include your name, full names of the people in the photograph, your full address and telephone number to qualify. Photos may be color or black-and-white, of at least 72 dpi (dots per inch), at least 3" x 5", and family-friendly. Submissions will be judged on marketability, composition/creativity, and quality. The winner will receive a brand-new set of Swoongie Shoes in addition to being a Swoongie Star with their photo posted on the website, in our newsletters, et cetera. All photos will become the property of Swoongie. Entrants requesting return of photos must include a self-addressed stamped envelope with their submission if entering by postal mail. Entrants release Swoongie the permission to potentially use the photographs in advertisements and promotional items without compensation or recognition. Entry deadline date yet to be determined once we receive a sufficient number of photographs.
KIDS COLORING PROJECT
Kids, do you like to play Swoongie Shoes with your friends or parents? Draw us a picture of yourself playing your favorite Swoongie Shoes game and send it to us! We've love to hear from you! We have not yet decided if we will be having a contest or the use of the artwork; it depends on the number of submissions received. Have one of your parents call or email us for information.
